FAQ: A GUIDE FOR YOU

Welcome and thank you so much for supporting my little dream/job/mission/purpose/obession/etc! 

 

Here are some things that should help make your purchasing and supporting process as easy as possible.

 

TIMELINE

I am a small little independent badass who gets shit relentlessly, with that being said I have a 3 week processing time from your order date. My ultimate goal is to get it to you with in 5-7 days but that is really hard since we are just a team of two little humans working as hard as humanly possible everyday!  
 

WRONG ADDRESS

Double check your shit always before purchasing, but if this happens immediately contact nmurphy@trialbyfirestudio.com with your order number and new address - we will get it updated for you if possible! 
 

RETURNED TO SENDER

If this ever happens we just submit a refund when we get the package back. Without a new transaction we cannot reship.
 

ORDERED WRONG ITEM/SIZE

This shit happens all the time. I am dyslexic and get confused easily and distracted from all sorts of shit. Contact nmurphy@trialbyfirestudio.com to let us know - we will work with you to either get a return started or go over other options in the case of special circumstances! 
 

EXCHANGES

No, it is just too hard right now. Contact the customer service email nmurphy@trialbyfirestudio.com and we will start the return process for you! Shit is crazy over here and stock is usually a quick in and out so it is not possible to guarantee exchanges. Regardless, I am super thankful for your support.
